After more than two hours of complaint on 1912 no action is taken so far, but replied in taunting way by the lineman that how do you expect to get your complaint solved so quickly as we are not free when contacted on line man's number 9780991160. Is this a way to treat the consumer who is paying highest rates in India. Matter should be investigated and acted accordingly.
