I am Girja Dutt Dabral . I applied for annual subscription of times of india and Economic Times in Aug 17 and got one year coupon in Sep 17. Newspaper man gave the newspaper for one month and after that stopped giving the newspaper. I complained to Mr Vikram, marketing person of TOI in Greator Noida and he asked me to give all the coupons to Newspaper man along with rupees 240 as delivery charge which never mentioned on the letter forwarded by you.
