Respected Sir,

I have procured Videocon LED VML43QHOZS on January 24, 2016 from M/s. Vijay Sales, Ahmedabad. After procurement the said faulty / damaged LED TV the instrument is not working and hence I have given it for repairing at S. P. Electronics, Vastrapura, Ahmedabad on December 25, 2017 which was given back to me on Januay 27, 2018. Subsequently, again given for repairing on April 12, 2018 and received back on April 21, 2018. Again and again May 23, 2018 and received back on July eight, 2018. It is the natural phenomina and tendency to provide the FRAUD / DAMAGED instrument the LED TV again not working since July 24, 2018. I have approached the customer care / S. P. Electronics / Toll Free number For the repairing of the same. It is painful to inform you that no persons from the Videocon is ready to response / reply my call. They have blocked my mobile number also. I have received the Reference No. AHM2407180236 AND RESPONSE CODE R42099 on July 24, 2018 and subsequently AHM 24071802136 and AHM2407180236 where in they have mentioned that some one Mr. Desai and Mr. Manoj have visited and serviced the LED. All the personnel are Videocon are lire and cheater. They never visited and serviced the Television. Ultimately I have approached some person other than Videocon for overall outside inspection of LED. He strictly advised and informed that this LED TV is faulty. I have suffered much more due to your THIRD CLASS PRODUCT VIDEOCON. From the procurement to as on now I am facing serious ENTERTAINTMENT LOSS / MENTAL / TORTURE / FINANCIAL / PHYSICAL / SOCIAL HARRASMENT from your THIRD CLASS COMPANY AND PRODUCT. Please arrange to replace the THIRD CLASS FAULTY TV with NEW LED TV. Regard

I have bought a Videocon television )VIDEOCON DDB LED VMT28HH12CAF) two years back, now on 12th June 2018, my TV stopped working. I complained on your customer care number. They sent there engineer for the same. He told me that there is some part which is not working that need to be replaced and it will be replaced withing 1-2 days. Now as it's 5th day, no body is properly replying on calls or even on customer care number. Tomorrow, I am filing this complaint to consumer court for the same and will can an outsider for repairing it. I will be requiring proper service by tomorrow else the complete recovery charges for the repair. Regards,
